Is Sig 226 E^2 coming soon?

Hi,

I am interested in the new 226 E^2. Before I buy, I would like to hold it in my hand and compare to a 226 DAK.
Will they use the same mag? Are they going to fit into the same Safariland holster? etc

P226 E2 uses that standard P226 magazine from as far as I can see, and the P226 DAK should be a lot different feel then the new P226 E2 due to the fact of the customizable grips.

And yeah I rather buy this from you guys if and when the price is right, any ideas of stock and price?
 
Maybe it is just me but I find the E2 trigger has more creep than normal 226 trigger. So I am staying with my current 226. Beltfed, what is your opinion on the trigger? BTW, it was nice seeing you at TSE today.
 
I noticed no creep...
I mostly was wowed by the improvement in the grip. My thumb pad is pretty thick and I immediately appreciated the meat taken out of the top of the backstrap.
I also compared it against the elite and agree with the guys that the reset is shorter on the E2...although this might be gun specific between the two as opposed to a generallity.
As soon as Sig revises the all stainless models with this feature, I'll be all over it.

Maybe I'll have to run down and get my dirty mitts all over it again.:p
 
Sorry I use the wrong word. Not 'creep' - I find the trigger 'uptake' (the initial slag) on the trigger is more than a regular 226 trigger.
