Is The GSG MP40 a 9mm or .22?

The model/part number (in details tab) and title seems to suggest 9mm, but the description mentions using .22LR.

Can you clarify what this is is?

You'd better check with the vendor. The title shows 16.25" barrel but the text says 11-3/4" barrel ("The 11-3/4" barrel with 6 groove rifling.....")! The picture shows a ridiculously long barrel (>470mm?) which would fit the 9mm Luger caliber. Complete confusion. If, indeed, the barrel is shorter than 470mm in 9mmLuger then it would be restricted. If 470mm or longer it would be non-restricted. Personally, I stay away from restricted rifles (handguns are different story).
