is the ruger 10/22 muzzelite bullpup stock legal in canada

can't put high cap. banana mag ,sight are big for .22 and scope mount need to be shim like hell to keep zero

The rule is that you cannot make a bullpup stock for an existing firearm that was not purposely designed as a bullpup.

It's a shame these are not legal (stocks). Bullpups are to help disabled shooters shoot properly.

Not sure. The CFC doesn't have it come up in a search, and when I search Canlii, it didn't find it either. I'm guessing its an obscure OIC.

Well that doc specifically describes bull-pup stocks and prescribes them as Prohibited Devices. Another law of questionable value, but thanks for finding the link.
