Is the Savage 10 GRS is available in Canada?

Easier, faster and probably cheaper if you just buy a barreled action and the stock separately.

That’s a lot of coin for a factory savage
I’m a savage fan, for that price id look into a donor action, custom barrel, and chassis,
Would be close to same price but would have more potential
In my opinion only

I ordered one of 2 from my local shop. There is also a limited run with stainless action/barrel.

If they can get me the limited one, I’m going with it.

IRunguns price was $1200 and something....? Which came to $1500 ish based on exchange rate. Plus whatever they charge. I have a 10% off coupon with my local shop. So it seems to work out the same.

One forum sponsor had a Howa in 6.5 Creedmoor with the GRS stock in wood for $1500 ish. Can’t remember who.....

If you go on GRS web site..the stock is not available, only thought Savage. I know..I tried!

What type of bedding does it have?

The stock is made by GRS. So no Accu Stock.

Alberta Tactical Rifle advertised GRS stocks for $900.

A $1700 factory Savage? Eurooptic in the States lists that stock for $625 (so $725cad). Why not get an action, a prefit and the stock? According to GRS' website Red Star Targets are the Canadian dealer and Scott is a great guy to deal with.

Well, I would stay with savage, for the easy way to swap barrels, and I am already equipped for Savage barrels / actions.

Well.

The Savage GRS that was to be to me in May to July arrived at my local gunshop.

Just got it home.

Really liking the stock so far. But will be a while before I get a scope for it.

The Red Star Target company in Canada sell GRS stocks. The prices are on the web site. $800 for the beserk.
