Check out ArmTac maybe? They have some M14 barrels listed on their website (out of stock), so they might be able to get something specific for you?
Or a company like Mystic Precision or ATRS that imports barrels might do it too.

My most recent Criterion purchase was a 22" M14 barrel from board sponsor Ellwood Epps. Great barrel, easy install on a Norinco or was it a Poly?
