Is there a place in Canada that can order me an ATI stock for my single shot Rossi ?

Or would it be easier to buy it off an American site and have it shipped to my friend in Minnesota then get him to ship it to me? Would I have any trouble at customs? It's just a stock after all or would they not let it across the border?

Unless your friend has all his/her paperwork for exporting firearm parts, yes stocks are ITAR controlled firearm parts, then they would be breaking significant US laws. Sorry.

If you cannot find a retailer who will/can legally export the stock out of the US, then you are probably SOL.
