My LMT`s, Sabre Defence`s and Colt`s all have the same thing you are experiencing. This is common on even the best AR`s!

Even my Swiss Arms has a bit of play between the upper and lower.

A little wiggle between upper and lower is "milspec".I never had an issued AR (you know what I mean) that didn't wiggle. That makes it more desirable and extra valuable, right?

Buy the o rings at home depot in the plumbing section. they come in packs of 3-6, and they do snap eventually due to the pinch of the pivot of the upper/ lower. Size?
I get pack #641 , W3244

seems to hold up to heat fine, and they snug up the receivers better than accuwedges.

I held a Rock River Arms mid-length A4 the other day at the range: it is tight with no play whatsoever.

yes even KACs have this. No biggie.

Only AR I have seen that was a super tight fit was

VLTOR VIS upper on a STAG Lower

LMT MRP on LMT Lower

Hey bud!

Add a Stag N8CQB upper, and SR-15 upper on an ATR lower to the super tight category.

Doesn't shoot any better than the full SR-15 package that has play though.
