Is this a carbide die?

Did a Google search, no luck.
Have a pile of gear to sort through, and I found some 45 ACP reloading dies, but could use some help identifying it all.
Have this resizing die with the words "45 ACP Size 83" on it, not sure if it's carbide or not, want to resize/deprime some cases before I go to bed, wonder if I should be using lube or not with it.

Have at least 3 different expanders as well as 2 die bodies to use the expanders in. Are these 3 expanders for different bullet styles?

Wondering why I haven't found a crimping die yet, unless someone sees it in the pics, which would be swell and save me buying a whole set, as it's the only thing I seem to be missing. Though if this isn't a carbide die, I'll likely buy a set new.

Edit, so after running half a dozen cases through it without lube, I notice a hazy ring about 3/16" up from the base. I'll try lubing a few and see if that continues.

The 83 is the year they were made.
I had a Lee .357 carbide sizer, and there was very clearly a ring at the bottom of the die that was the carbide. RCBS may be different though.
The 45 ACP should have a taper crimp, the seater also does the crimp. There could be different seating plugs and expanders for jacketed, cast, wadcutter, round nose, etc.
