Is This An IDPA Approved Holster (SSR Division)

Just picked up this Blade Tech with Sting Ray belt loop, took off the drop and offset attachment, set it to a zero cant, my only concern at this point is the exposed top strap. At first glance, I couldn't find anything in the rule book against it, but perhaps someone with experience can tell me.
 
I don't think that complies with the Rulebook, page 34, item H:

NOT Permitted:
...
H. Cutting of the front edge of the holster more that 1¾” below
the breech face on pistols or 1” below the rear of the cylinder
on revolvers.

A new rulebook is due in the next few months, but I seriously doubt that the holster rules will change.

IDPA Rule Book 2005 said:
NOT Permitted:

...H. Cutting of the front edge of the holster more that (sic) 1 3/4" below the breech face on pistols or 1" below the rearof the cylinder on revolvers.

Guess you can expect to see a "like new" Blade Tech holster for a Ruger GP100 on the EE in the near future.
