Is this normal?

April 16 – PAL / RPAL mailed
April 19 – Application recieved by CFC
May 9 - Application completed initial processing <--- This is the day it showed up online.

When It shows up online, it says what day they received it.
 
relax guys, I just got off the phone with Mirimichi, I sent my app registered mail, they signed on may 10th for it. The woman I spoke with apologized profusely, since C-19 passed, they have been swamped with applications. Due to my first name being an unusual spelling of a common name, I called today, since it wasn't showing online. The woman asked me to keep checking online, and call once a week if I wanted, as they can search online with last name only. She said they are running approximately a 4 week from received to online status timeline, and working lots of overtime.

Mine took almost 3 weeks to get online after they received it. But then it was rubber stamped almost immediately after and issued a few days later. So the waiting to get your paperwork in order and set you up with a reference # is the longest part of the wait, assuming everything else is in order.
