Is this one big enough?

Why not?

Received this picture today from a friend of mine who lives year round downriver.

My friend is over six feet tall. If his boot is almost four inches wide, and the front paw track twice as wide as his boot, the bear hide will square well over eight feet.

They are always big enough... until they hit the ground... that one should be nice on the ground too.

in reality the mud is lighter and the tracks are deeper than should be. it is a nice small cub nothing to worry about ....

more seriously very nice tracks, in Yukon?

A track I found one Spring, while hunting Black Bear in the Nordegg area. Guaranteed to wake you up. :)

Grizz

While looking for bison off of the Aishihik lake road on Nov 3 we seen a fresh bear track on top of the snow, following the trail we were on. My size 9 boot would fit in it. The tracks left the trail, then we were looking at the willows. Never did see the grizzly.
