Ishapore 2A/2A1 Tips on Finding one

I’ve owned a couple over the years, they are out there. Be patient if you don’t want to overpay.

I’ve seen a number of them but only here on the EE or randomly at major gun shows. I would be patient for sure, it is something that is slightly less common in Canada.

oh you watch the gun auctions and gunshows, they are out there but you have to be looking and ready.

Import one (or two). They’ve been going for far less down south consistently for a long time. You’ll do well on it even with all the fees etc. Same with Arisakas.

That’s true of a lot of surplus guns. If you have the patience to import, you can do well on price, even after the fees.
