Ishapore Enfield marking.

I picked up a 1919 LE GRI Ishapore today and it has an odd looking marking on the top of the reciever and barrel. I scowered the Google machine and can't come up with an explanation of this marking.

Anyone else see it in an Indian Enfield?

Iraqi ownership marking from the 1960’s era. It’s struck over opposing arrow markings from when it was sold out of UK service.
