Ishapore Inglis Browning Hi-Power

I've been reading about these and they sound pretty awesome. These are made at the Ishapore arms factory in India on the actual machinery from the Inglis factory in Toronto. It's like owning a new world war pistol for cheap.

Now, I have never seen these in Canada. I there any way anyone can import these? We import tons of stuff from China, I don't see an issue importing from India. The come up in the states all the time.

Anyway, if anyone has any info on these please speak up.

According to those who claim to know, the guns were not built on canadian tooling....but ?

There was 1 import into the states @5 years ago.

The current gossip is that the indians want too much $... More than an importer can get contract belgian brownings for.
