Israeli 762 Mauser...right ?

I'm fairly certain this is a Israeli conversion to 7.62nato .
....I just need to be sure

Great Israeli. I love these. I have one and its a great shooter. They seem to be catching on with collectors a bit and prices have gone up a bit recently as well. They are a neat piece of history.

beautiful rifle, and cheaper to shoot/easier to find than 8mm mauser. Not as much power, but still very good too

I have one too. Mine has a mint bore, ok blueing and a pretty badly beaten up stock. When rebarrelled the armourers just ground out the worst gouges. But I look at it and I think, what stories it could tell!
