Israeli Firm Unveils Smartphone-Style Digital Rifle Sight

I played with the prototype unit last week.

It requires you to first punch in the distance for the ballistic calculator, which means you'll need to carry a rangefinder with you. It only has digital zoom, when you're at maximum zoom at 20x it's pretty pixelated. There's no mention of using a 4K sensor.

It's literally an android phone with 2 cameras and a big battery. That means you have to use your finger or need to wear touch-sensitive gloves to operate it.
