I'm trying to learn a bit about this rifle I just picked up, I'm aware it's a converted Vz. 24 done in the early days of Israeli statehood. I've not seen very many for sale and can't really find any current values on them, what are they worth? The numbers match sn 0025 on mine less the nose cap which funny enough has sn 666 and a waffenampt and the bore is ok.

Apologies for the crummier than usual pic, it was the best I could take in the limited light after work.

In decent shape they seem to go for around $800. That's what I paid for a converted K98 Israeli trainer and it was the only one I had seen for a long time.

I have one. Although somewhat clunky, it shoots like a dream. The barrels were Remington. Maybe someone can fill in the story behind those barrels?

I got one about 2 years ago, I think I paid 425 for it. Mine shoots very good and looks really good beside the lee enfield trainers on the gun rack.
