ISSC Austria; Crusader Pump-Action Rifle

ISSC PARs were prohibited in the May 2020 ban, apparently AR15 uppers can be simply swapped unto the ISSC lowers FRT 182542. Troy Industries PARs are non restricted FRT 147688. With a direct attached note with its FRT that says "
  • the Troy PAR firearm design is derived from an amalgamation of several different firearm designs and does not trace its design lineage directly or uniquely to any "prohibited" or "restricted" firearm found in the Regulations appended to the Criminal Code PART III, Section 84. The upper and lower receiver halves of this rifle are notinterchangeable with those of the AR-15/M16; the pin holes are spaced further apart, and the Sporting Rifle's lower has no provision for an auto-sear or buffer tube.

Interesting. Thanks for the info.

I just happened to find these rifles online by accident.

I was trying to find any info on the "Crusader Arms Pump Action rifle".
This rifle (with a similar name) kept coming up in searches.

I remember wondering at the time the reason for the inclusion of the ISSC and then found a youtube video of a guy swapping two different AR15 uppers onto the ISSC and firing them.

After my MK22 fiasco, I'm never buying anything ISSC related ever again. Their quality control is run by chimps.
