ISSC MK22 - Cold Weather Performance

Ask again in about a month. I just got mine this spring so it hasnt been out below zero yet. I know people in the states who have had theirs since they came out and havent had any problems with them sub zero but have never taken them out in real cold weather.

Well it's a good thing I passed on it just the same. I figured with the newer upgraded models they would at least perform without a hitch. But also being made up of plastic made me think twice about buying one.

May have to build another 10/22

i just got my mk22 its a 2013 model I'm in ontario and we are going through an ice storm yesterday i made a quick stop by the woods and shot 75 rounds rapid fire with one ftf it was magazine related. I'm quite impressed with my new 22 hoping to stop by the range tomorrow and ill have an update for you guys
cheers

so i went to the range today -5 plus windchill 150 rounds of federal 40 grain solid had one fte. 50 rounds of cci stinger no problems i know it wasn't the coldest day but im satisfied with my new 22

are these still failing? i was thinking of getting one a few months ago cant believe the new ones are bad too?

wasn't real cold yesterday, but i had mine out for the first time. only 4 failures in 150 rounds. federal bulk-blue box stuff. 3 were mag issues as the round hung up (or down rather) in the mag. one round jumped the feed ramp and was bent by the carrier. aside from that, very happy with this little gun.
should note, i stripped my lower and did some tweakin to it before i ever fired it. but as i expected i had no failure to fires.
