Issue Getting Access To Equipment Exchange

I have recently joined the website and put in a request for access to the equipment exchange forum. I did what was required to get approved. It has been 2 weeks and nothing yet. I checked today, and I had to click the join group box again. Last week it showed I was waiting approval and now it seems to have reset back. I sent the admin a message yesterday morning, but have yet to hear back. Anyone else experiencing this or am I doing something incorrect? Thanks for the help.

Hi there. Some do seem to have more difficulty than others in getting access to the Equipment Exchange. Try joining in a few conversations
so that the moderators can get to know you.

It seems you have taken a couple of steps in the right direction.
But, have you read the rules posted regarding the use of the EE?
Lots has changed since I joined up.
Relax and join the conversations where you feel comfortable replying to and give it a few more days.
There is nothing there that will not be there when you are granted access.
