did you try with the one coming with your rifle?

Yes same result, which is why I'm not sure its a mag problem. Ive only put 150 rounds down range, will be going out this upcoming Monday and see if it improves.

It's not only a mag problem, its a very common mag problem.... your mag is pinned to 5 (and not 5.5 like it should be) so when you insert it on a closed bolt, there is interference between the bcg and the rounds, causing it to not seat seat properly. the result is when you cycle the action it doesn't strip a round.
