Ithaca 37 barrel swap with Stevens 350 barrel ?

No they are not interchangeable.

Physically won't fit; even the Ithaca's are only interchangeable within certain serial numbers.

Ithaca 37 models have an interrupted thread that rotates and locks into the receiver. The Chinese model has lugs that rotate into the receiver.
IIRC the the barrel locking lug and nag cap are different too. The Chinese barrels will physically not fit.

I believe the only interchangeable 37 barrels do not have a serial number on the barrel and the actions have the serial number... the number somewhere after 855,000...
previous to that the barrels were individually fitted to the action and did not swap with others...
You would be right....we'll they have serial number just not on the side of the receiver.

Early 37's Bbl's w/ serial number stamped in the fwd face of the receiver will not interchange w/ models w/ serial number stamped in the side of the receiver.
The difference is the last interrupted thread on early barrels is present & is removed/turned off on late model barrels for interchangeability.
Aluminum receiver(Red pistol grip cap) shotguns,I've never owned, so I can't/won't comment on barrel interchangeability.
