Ithaca 37 front sight

Hello, I have a friend who broke the front sight of his 'old' ithica 37 . Any idea how/where to get one of these parts ??? thanks

You should be able to use just about any shotgun front sight for it,from any gun store.

your local gunshop or gunsmith should have one. the ithaca 37 bead or raybar sight is screwed into the barrel and i can't remember whether it's a 6-48 or 3-56. regardless if you do it yourself, be sure that no part of the threaded bead extends down into the barrel. if it does, just carefully file it off flush with the muzzle.
