The German MG34 was a terror of the battlefield from the Spanish civil war onward -- the design dominated the European theater and its legacy lived on in the MG42 and the MG3 after it, even parts of the M60 from the American military decades afterward. Few guns have had such an impact on their class -- perhaps only the Browning pattern pistols have reached this height of influence on future generations of design in the 20th century.
The faithful reproductions by TNW show a level of aptitude and attention to the exacting hand-fitting of the German production MG34, built before mass production truly took hold for small parts. It's a beautiful piece of craftsmanship built one at a time by TNW's master craftsmen including genuine German remanufactured parts. Each comes complete with bipod and 50 round belt. These semi-auto rifles cannot be converted to automatic fire.
