It's been nearly... if not more than a year since I have been on CGN.

Hope everyone is well.

Since I have been away for so long I am sure I missed out on a ton of info and great deals.

Has anyone mastered the art of re-parkerizing Garands to look as original as possible?

"...to look as original as possible?..." Black, you mean? Or shades of grey? It's one of those endless debates. Whether they were black or shades of grey. Then there's the 'You can't parkerize the gas tube' myth. Mine is parkerized a nice shade of grey. Had it done, long ago before the rules got stupid, by a metal finishing shop in Mississauga.
