S%$# i was re-loading some SWC 38's and i have one stuck in my die :redface: how the hell do you get it out is there an easy way to pull it out first time this has happen to me went to seed the bullet and then the caseing came back with out the bullet :mad:
 
Buy or build a stuck case remover, If you go down to the local gun shop buy one or see what you need to build your own. Materials needed are a power drill, 1/4" threaded tap, a 3/16 drill bit, a 1/4" hex socket 1-1/2" bolt, a 3/8" threaded pipe cap. Look in your favorite manual for the directions for use.
 
Opps, sorry I read it as you having a case stuck in your resizing die. Sorry. Good info anyways. As for a stuck slug follow Richs program and look at the style of top punch your using it might be wrong for the type of bullet style your using.
 
well seeing how i use to shoot black powder i thought using a srcew and pull it out .:D but dam bullet lead it so hard couldnt get the screw started :eek:.So now what :confused:. I went got the drill out and a small bit to start the hole for the screw as i did that i pulled out the bit and the bullet came with it :cool: :D thanks for the other info as im sure im going to need it down the road ;)
