That's it I've had enough of sitting at this computer.....

I am going to pack up my handguns and get out to the range today and do some shooting......:D

I'm taking my wife and dog's and will make a day of it.........

She hasn't tried my A/A 22lr conversion kit for my G20 yet and I'm sure that she will love it.......:p

If we have time we'll also head out to one of my claims that is loaded with clam fossils.......:)

yeah...I dont like the cold..so I bought gloves..why did I wait almost a decade and a half to have this great idea? stuppppid

I have not got out since Dec. 8th and it's like everyone is holding thier breath waiting for the outcome but I sure need to !!. I hope to get to the indoor range on Monay and maybe our outdoor depending on the conditions.....gets awful muddy when wet but not bad if frozen .

Wow, a range open 24/7 must be nice... One can only dream.

I don't want to to sound like I'm gloating, but even in little old Saskatoon we have an indoor range with 24/7 access. Get your club to allow key cards so you can go anytime. It sure is nice when you work 50 or 60 hours a week. Go in early, early, or late, late. I never went out in the middle of night when I couldn't sleep - but I'm sure someday I'll try it - if my wife doesn't kill me. An ATT that runs 24/7 to any gun club in the province helps as well.

Our heated indoor range here in Labrador West is open 24/7 also. Don't know how long we can last though. Membership is declining and cost of fuel has gone up. Costs approx. $100 a week Nov. to Apr. to heat and lights. Will enjoy it as long as it lasts.:)

goin out on monday after the new years hangover has subsided a bit. Gonna do some shooting with my uncle, and watch him reminisce about his glory days winning IPSC competions, before he got too fat and lazy to continue, lol

Yeah going tomorrow morning some time no ATT yet but the old 10/22 will have to do better then nothing:D :D :D :D :D

I had a great time yesterday but only had time to shoot my 2 10mm's, (oh I love shooting my Colt Delta Elite.........:D) G20 22lr conversion kit and my 6" 629 44mag.

I'll be there again tomorrow morning for the annual New Years Day shotgun shoot which includes breakfast and lunch. :p

We don't need a heated range here because we're in the Fraser Valley where it never get's cold....

Finally escaped to the Smiths Falls range on Monday. Had the rifle range to myself:D . Glare ice everywhere- thank God for strap-on ice cleats. Proceeded to blast off 150 rounds through my R-22:) , 80 or so through my VZ58:) , a box or so through an old Winchester 1897 (gotta love those disconnector-less designs:D;) ). Proceeded to the pistol range, met a fellow IPSC shooter & Gunnnutz (forgot to ask what his handle was:redface: ), proved out a new 44Mag load in my 8 3/8" Model 29 & swapped stories. All in all, an excellent afternoon.:D
