What is the correct FRT number or page for the non-restricted or restricted Tavor X95 rifles? There are many listed as prohibited.

Also if you have a X95 is it marked "IWI US - HARRISBURG, PA"? If I understand correctly only the Irun guns X95 rifles from the US are marked that way.

Thanks

Don’t know the FRT #. But the Harrisburg is the old facility location. IWI US moved to Middletown in 2017.

So if the stock says Harrisburg, it is probably made before 2017.

I know mine says Middletown (bought last year). Pretty sure new imports are from US now days, made with some Israel parts such as barrel (says on the barrel).

Irunguns probably went to find old new stock for import.

IRG imports US spec guns as far as I know, but they're not the only ones who are able to do so. It may or may not be from them if it has the US markings. The rifles sold by the big distributors are seemingly all IWI imports from Israel with no stop for the US changes. I have yet to see a North Sylva imported Tavor that has US markings. That being said, IWI supply is interrupted somewhat right now; there may be more US rifles coming in at this time than previously due to available stock.

As for the FRT, armalytics has them all listed. There are multiple FRTs for the Tavor family. It will depend on the model specifically. If it is a non-restricted it will be one of these.

I hope this helps.

I discussed the origin of the North Sylva imported rifles with them and it seemed to me most of our imports came directly from Israel.

So the “steel inserts” is the aluminum inner receiver?

By “muzzle brake” do they mean flash hider?

Some quality work being done administering the FART

"steel inserts" is just RCMP "firearm technicians" being incompetent. You're right, it's in reference to the aluminum receiver insert.

Hello. I am a new members. Still trying to find my way around this community. I am zeroing in on Tavor rifle. Apparently the wating time at the store is very long. Is there a way I can search for a used rifle and how to do that?
Thank you guys,

Doesn't matter where it was made, FRT stands true for "Firearm Reference Number (FRN): 167862"
All different barrel lengths are under this FRN, and calssified based on length.

Facility doesn't matter, the FRN refers to the marking on the firearms as it was submitted, colors/designs/accessories/place of make can change without the actual firearm changing i.e. the model remains the same.

I believe you are correct, as per my understanding, IWI exports parts to the USA, which are then assembled at the US facility and sold in US/Canada.

Thank you guys,

You need to have a PAL,
Join Equipment Exchange (you need to apply)
Look for a Tavor you like and offer to purchase it by contacting the person,
Then provide you PAL details to be approved in the license verification system,
Once approved they can ship/deliver the tavor to you

There are plenty of sponsor retailers that currently have stock, you can always buy online and have it shipped to you, its often cheaper and free shipping in most cases
