picked up a j.c. higgins model 583.23 bolt action shotgun and it's very cool, but it's got the dowel to limit the magazine for hunting. I"d rather have the entire five rounds, but the clamp that holds the magazine tube to the barrel has stripped its screw. I don't see a way to get the dowel out without cutting this clamp off, but I'd rather not do it until I have a replacement on hand. Anyone know where I can find such a clamp, or something simmilar?
