JAE-100 stock install problems

Just tried to install my norinco M14 in this stock everything fits like a glove,to tight a glove.If I tighten up the guide bolts to specc the bolt and oprod bind at rear of travel.Anyone have this problem and what was the remedy for this.

is this a factory barrel? Any idea where they are binding?

Factory, switched rifles and fits good operates freely,only thing different is used norinco front hand guard instead of JAE supplied.Had to do chores so left it like that
