I have been using Nosler and PPU brass for my 300 WM with 81 grains of H1000 and a 190 gr SMK. Have been seeing 3050 with Nosler and 3070 with PPU consistently . I loaded the same 81 gr of H1000 in Jag brass and saw 3170 ft/sec. Reduced drop by .5 mils at 1000m and was sub MOA. No over pressure signs at all. Not as tight as the Nosler and PPU but still decent.
Has anyone else seen this kind of velocity increase using Jag brass? I did not measure the case capacity on this and just went with what I have done in the past. Was pleasantly surprised by the speed and accuracy with Jag.
Will try this with 185 juggernaughts and the 200.20x and see what happens. A little extra BC might make a decent 1600m round... And with Jag I will save a few bucks along the way.
Cheers
