Jalapeno Pepper Jelly with Lumps

3 green peppers seeded and chopped
2- 31/2 oz. cans jalapeno peppers with seeds
1 1/2 cups white vinegar
6 1/2 cups white sugar
1/2 to 1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 6oz bottle of Certo liqiud (or 2 pouches)
4 to 6 drops green food coloring

Chop all the peppers and combine them with the vinegar, sugar and cayenne pepper in a large pot, cook over medium high heat. Stir frequently until mixture comes to a boil. Add Certo and food coloring and boil 5 minutes longer, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, skim off the foam and pour into steralized jars. Makes 6 small jars
 
My dad makes a killer Jalapeno jelly. I am going to pass this recipe on to him and he can see if it improves his.

Heh, he once mad Habanero jelly. He laughed and told me that it was so damn hot that even he couldnt eat it!
