Similar to rimfire central I will be posting a monthly fun shoot.
Since these shoot will be used to practice practical shooting we will use the same classes as CRPS/OPRS ie Open and Production.
Entries will be accepted until Feb 29 at which point I will compile a ranking list for bragging rights. No limit on number of entries but only your best one will count for the brag board.
When you post your result ensure to include:
Name/Alias on Gunnutz:
Date:
Rifle, caliber and scope
Ammo used
score
Rule for this shoot are:
1. This will be a three position shoot using a chair as prop.
2. Position 1 - Top two targets. one round per tooth, shot prone from below the chair.
3. Position 2 - Middle two targets, one round per tooth, shot with rifle resting on the chair seat
4. Position 3 - Bottom two targets, one round per tooth, shot with rifle resting on the chair back.
5. You can use two shooting aids ie bipod and bag or two bags.
6. scoring - clean hit 5 pts (ie bullet hole not touching any line 5 pts) 1 pt if line is touched (the corner one will be tricky to get clean hits)
7. no time limit
8. distance to target - 25 yards
9. there are 14 teeth per smile
10. Any rimfire can be used and brag board will reflect type of rimfire.
