I've always been a Lee Enfield fan but recently I have gone over to the Dark Side or should I say the Red Side 
Quite likely my interest comes from one of my Grandfathers being a "White Russian" First one is a numbers matching unissued refurbed 55/56 with a non chrome barrel and new gas tube.

thanks! It was my fathers, he gave it to me just before he passed away... Very special rifle to me.
It shoots very well too! Depending on the ammo though, MFS ammo shoots high, about 16" @ 100 meters but with Russian surplus it's pretty well bang on! Weird ammo would make that much difference...
