jericho barrel source

Tenda has them ,
Good question on parts , I was looking at picking up one of the pistols my self as they has good reviews and i like the thumb safety.

May I ask why does your barrel need replacement ?

I sent a couple emails to the source, IMI, received 0
I have one, predates the surplus ones, terribly leaded, Look just like a shot gun barrel.
After a lot of work it is starting to look better, I don't think these guns are meant to be shot with cast lead bullets, or clean them one in a blue moon.
A CZ 75 barrel looks the same, but too wide.
I don't have a Tanfoglio barrel to check.
I like these guns. CZ, Tanfoglio springs will work, Hell I like all guns,LOL.

Because of the polygonal rifling, Im guessing. But at 25 it is all over the place. It makes my Toks and Norinco 1911 look precision in comparison. I was using winchester white box. I'll see if I can get over to the range tomorrow and get some pics. Thats too bad a CZ barrel will not fit. Thanks for letting me know marshall, I was thinking they could be the same.

I have one in .40, all I shoot is cast lead. No worse than any other pistol; super accurate also!! Love it.

With Polygonal barrel, you can still shoot bare lead cast bullets. But, you have to clean at least the barrel after every range trip. Tanfos and Glocks have same rifling profile.

You may want to have a close look at that barrel again.

More the one person has mistaken polygon rifling as a shot out barrel.

I once purchased a pistol that the guy sold me believing the barrel was shot out and though he was putting one over on me.

I just gave it a good cleaning and shot hundreds of rounds from it with excellent accuracy.

Seriously, I have gone over 1000 before cleaning, and it really did not need it. I just does not seem to foul. I've heard that Glocks can be a pain, but don't know anyone shooting lead through the couple that are at our club. The internal finish on my .40 cal is mirror smooth; maybe that helps.

Mine was totally leaded when I got it, cheap, so don't know the count, but it still shot good, a flier sometimes, but I do that sometimes with my target guns as well.
I was at the range 2 days ago , checking out mags I made for a Beretta 92F from Ruger mags, and CZ mags, and the gun shot great, I was shooting off hand and the wind was 65-70km, so I just blasted off a couple - mags.
I took FMJ, no lead , yet.
I never had any of the resent surplus ones, as a rule , they should have good barrels in them, before released for sale.
I really like the gun, grips are a bit smooth, , think I might try to make a walnut set this winter, Weatherman says in a few hours winter will hit us hard. -1 and light freezing rain right now. Fun.
BTW my HK P7 had the same rifling, but I never shot lead because of the gas port in the barrel.

And I am now one of those individuals.:rolleyes::redface:
After several months wait, a very nice condition Jericho 941 finally arrived.
Field stripping was easy, but extremely disappointed when I looked down the barrel....WTF?
Yeah....after I calmed down, my search for a new barrel began...which eventually led me to polygonal rifling.
I'm embarrassed to admit I was not aware this type of rifling exists in modern firearms
Good call.....

Yep, and I shot only cast lead out of my .40 Jericho with no more fouling than any of my other guns. These are good guns with good barrels!!
