9:45 Thursday morning I called Jo-Brook firearms (Brandon Mb.) on spec. I'd heard they carried what I was looking for. The call was picked up on the first ring, the gentleman confirmed they had what I wanted (cz452 l/h 22rf.) immediately and offered a price that was 12-15% cheaper than anyone else, + shipped free.
He mentioned he might not be able to get it shipped that night and I was surprised he might have time to register it that day and considered a once a week shipping trip to the post office normal... I never expected same day service.
I live in a remote community about 45 minutes north of Winnipeg, the post office is 10ft square...the mail is delivered there at 4am. I received the gun on Friday...it was literally at my post office in less than 24 hours from when I ordered it.
