Modular Driven Technologies is a Chilliwack company that designs, manufactures, and sells firearm accessories. We are looking for an account manager to join our team. The successful applicant will demonstrate sales abilities with a high level of commitment to exceptional customer service. Verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn the industry are important for this position. Preferably, a candidate for this position will be familiar with the firearms industry. In addition we are looking for a candidate fluent in English.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Promote sales to existing dealers and identify and solicit potential dealers.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new dealers.
- Enter Sales Orders
- Assist dealers and other customers in resolving problems and provide ongoing product support.
- Other duties as requested by the Sales Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate confidently and professionally.
- Well organized and detail oriented.
- Have problem solving skills and be a self-starter.
- Ability to work both individually and in a team environment.
- Ability to understand and anticipate customer's needs and exceed their expectations.
- Computer Literacy is a requirement.
- Experience in customer service industry is an asset.
