I use the jobmate, it suits me just fine but Id like a little more space..... at that price, buy two and bolt it all together.

Is this bench solid enough to support the weight and torquing action of the Dillion?

You would have to replace the top with a good plywood and bolt/screw the whole thing to a wall. that's what I did for my regular single stage. Im not sure about the dillon.
