For $350,000 it seems like a steal.

Pretty cool building, I wonder how long it will be on the market. Posted here since I figured the milsurp guys might find this interested.

Pretty much the ultimate Browning collectible, might actually be cheaper than some collectible 1911's. Nice looking building to house a museum.

Not if there are a bunch of prototype Winchesters, BARs, Model 1911s, etc squirrelled away in the rafters! Its probably due for some renos anyway.

A metal detector won't hurt, and there are other ways than an axe.

That's such a nice old house of its kind I don't even need the Browning connection to want it. I'd change the carpet though, that's more red than I like to see in one place.

That's a beautiful house. In downtown Toronto you'd easily pay $3,350,000 for something like that. Great house and huge yard. Love that brick work.

It is zoned for B&B. You would need to use metal detectors on the guests. "Axes Strictly Prohibited".

A week from tonight, I'll be sleeping a block away from it. The current owners are running it as a B&B, but they want $250/person/night, 3 night minimum, so they're way the hell out of my range.

Reckon I'll just show up, throw myself face down on the lawn, and start speaking in tongues. As a non-Mormon, that house is the closest that town has to a temple for me.

Also plan on checking out the local Browning Firearms Museum. I'll take lots of pictures and post 'em here.
