Well yesterday I finally got to take my baby home. A shiney new Classic Green.
I took it to a local shooting spot here in Red Deer and boy it attracted attention. Some good and some bad.

I found out quickly that it fires the spent brass 15-20 feet away and had to change positions so the brass went into the trees instead of the other people around me. Can you turn the gas pressure down on the piston so the brass is not flung asunder?

I quickly saw damage from the brass and put some eletrical tape on that famous area for paint damage from spent brass.

I also found out I suck with battle sights and a scope will be needed in the near future.

Nope... you are stuck with the flying brass.

Get a cheek piece and proper mount and don't worry about the rear sight drum. I just had a Short Dot in a LaRue SPR 1.5 mount on top of a B&T rail and the sight clears the rear drum.
