Did a quick Google search and found a site that has a cased pair of flintlock pistols by Joseph Kemp. 31 Duke Street, Grovenor Square, London. Gorgeous pistols - asking price 8,900 pounds! flintlocksatwar.com

No links, but Joseph Kemp was a gun and pistol maker located at 18 Snow Hill, Birmingham. He was there 1836-38. He may have moved to London after that or perhaps it was a son or relative in London.
