The are registered with the US State Dept. So I would assume their rifle are exportable... You might want to give them a call.

Why not just build your own?

I can offer you Shilen Select Match barrels with excellent chambers ready for install. That will be a huge improvement in accuracy.

Don't see alot different beyond that.
