JP Enterprises Percussion Rimfire AR

Had one of their barrel kits (JPSM22-18L16) and the accuracy was absolute garbage, which was common to all of them. People would buy them expecting decent accuracy for the price and when they didn't shoot, JP told them to pound sand. The 2-3 MOA they claim (more like 5-6 MOA even with match ammo) is buried in the manual and not on the main product page. It left a bad taste in a lot of people's mouths.

Holy, 5 to 6 MOA is pretty terrible.

JP are claiming 1 MOA from this new rifle which is no doubt towards the upper end of what it is capable of but is much more palatable.

I suspect it is all academic anyways as JPs gear will be forever verboten in Canada under the Liberals as it is too "assault rifley"

Bone stock 10/22s do better than that barrel did. The best I could ever get with it was 1.5-2 MOA with Eley Contact. The only ammo that fell within 3 MOA was 42gr. Eley (Contact, Force, Semi-auto Benchrest Outlaw) and Eley Subsonic HP. Eley Match, Team, Club, Target, Biathlon, Extreme Long Range were all over. So was everything from Lapua and SK that I tried.

That 1 MOA would probably be when the gun was clean. Wish a semi-auto, I would expect that to fall off quickly as things start to get dirty..
