Is the CTR-02 considered a AR-15 type rife and would be classed restricted no mater what the barrel length?

Well... just looking at the webpage, I would say it's DEFINATELY restricted as an AR variant.

If Dlask can't even make a PUMP action AR-15 to get past the RCMP, this definately won't make it. AR all the way.
