JR Carbine 9mm

Going to start buying some reloading equipment. Has anyone else done any load development for the Jr carbine 9mm? I believe the barrel is 1:16 RH twist. What should grain bullet should i be slinging? what poweder and primers should a guy be using? My thoughts were on using winchester primers and powder...? Any help would be appreciated!

i use my regular handgun load of 4grn of tight group over a 124grn bullet.
