JR carbine bolt and buffer recall

Who do I contact in Canada to get the upgraded bolt and buffer for my jr carbine? Mine quit working due to a firing pin issue and then I found out my serial # falls into the recall category.

I just phoned them direct. I found the phone number on their web site.

They put a new buffer in the mail directly from the states.
 
JR will not ship any parts out of the states any more. I phoned to get the parts for my recalled JR and they told me to phone epps. My kit only came with a buffer and no bolt. Should it of came with both?

I only needed a new buffer , as far as I know.
When I phoned EMF . They asked for the serial # of my JR and according to it I should have been good.
Next he had me remove the buffer and check to see if it was stainless or steel.
And sure enough I had the wrong one.
He said he was going to put one in the mail to me. That was 3 weeks ago and I have not been home since. So I do not Know if it has arrived yet.
I bought one of the first Canadian gen 2 models so maybe they hadn't figured out the buffer problem yet.
Bottom line is I do really like my JR, but I do not like that they seem to be doing there R & D in the field. They should of had most of these issues shorted out before they shipped their carbines as a finished product .
I am flying home today . If my new buffer is in the mail box I am going to install it and go to the range tomorrow . To see if it cures all my JR problems.
