JR Carbine Takedown Pin Fix

Has Anyone attempted to make a AR15 pin fit or have a pin made for easier removal ?
searched and didn't find any threads with this discussed (other than everyone complaining about the screws)
 
The takedown pin should be in there solidly! Any motion will introduce extra vibrations. If you've ever seen high speed camera images of any firearm on the moment of firing, you'll be very surprised at the amount of shake and flex. A loose pin will only accentuate those motions. To keep your AR tight, you should disassemble it as few times as possible. Fingertip convenience is the wrong goal.
 
I agree it should be solid. the AR pins are larger than the screw holes in the JR carbine so it would have to be drilled. Sorry if you thought I meant to just slap them in there.
