JR carbine wrench?

I just purchased AR style all in one wrench and i thought it would include something for removing the forend shroud??? I was wrong. Were can i buy one of these or besides tapping the lock nut free what can i do to take this off?? My new shroud arrived and i wanna install it tonight Thanks

You should have gotten your wrench from JR. They sell them. IMO, for the price of the gun they should have included one in the box.

Are you sure your AR tool doesn't have it? There should be a hook type thing that fits into the slots of the fore end. Anyways, I wound up taking mine off with a pipe wrench because it was so damned tight it wouldn't budge. I also wrecked my JR carbine tool trying to rotate that nut. Now I have to buy a new one for $16.

You should get the Jr wrench. I did buy an all in one AR wrench and that did not do the trick.
I ended up getting one for mine.

Also had this issue, bought a JR wrench from their site. I'm still waiting for it, hope it's worth the $40...
