Just picked up this 1942 Lithgow No.1 Mk.III* at the Vankleek Hill Gun Show today (I got the 1942 Long Branch there last year). It's in nice shape, with what I think is the nicest milsurp trigger I've ever squeezed. If I wasn't going to be reselling it to an Aussie expat shooting buddy, I'd be thrilled with it.

Looking good! I wish I had made it to that show but I had to work, I remember it being pretty decent last year for the Ottawa area.

A Pair of Springfields

Top is a 1931 '03 by Springfield and the bottom is a 1944 Smith Corona '03A3.
Both have excellent bores and appear to have their original stocks post rebuild.
