I have a hatsan MPA and the elevation screw backed out of the rear site at some point. I noticed it missing, contacted Hatsan this AM inquiring about a replacment. Within 5 minutes I had an email from Luc Laroque at Bell. Within 3 emails the matter was resolved and a new elevation screw is on it's way to me from a parts gun at no cost to me. I just felt it was worth mentioning when I receive service like that, and figured this forum was the best place to do so. Mods feel free to move if it belongs somewhere else. Thanks again Luc!
